At Dualtron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
